By revenue, it is the largest medical company in China that is not state-owned. Its global headquarters are in China and its international headquarters are in Los Angeles, California.
The company specializes in the distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical products, distributing more than 500,000 different products. The company also manufactures products, including gloves, surgical masks, medical equipment, and medications.
Drawing upon our pre-existing relationship, Allegiant Health and Jointown will look for opportunities of mutual interest and growth to expand the Allegiant Health portfolio of products.
