QA Inspector
Department: Quality
Reports to: Senior QA Manager


To assure that all incoming materials and outgoing products are compliant with all compendial and in-house requirements.  To assure that manufacturing and packaging operations are performed as required.


  • Inspect incoming labels and cartons for accuracy and completeness.
  • Inspect/sample raw materials
  • Inspect incoming packaging materials for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform Line Clearances for Manufacturing, Compression, and Packaging
  • Perform in process testing for Compression (hardness, weight, friability, thickness)
  • Perform in process checks for Packaging (count, container, seal, label, etc.)
  • Utilize forklifts to perform duties required
  • Adhere to all cGMP requirements and document all work


  • Prior cGMP experience preferred
  • Prior experience within the Pharmaceutical or other controlled Industry preferred
  • Ability to work independently


  • High School Diploma or GED
