Allegiant Health Achieves Perfect Score for UL Management System Certification for 6th Year in a Row

Allegiant Health is proud to announce that, for the 6th year in a row, we achieved a perfect score for Management System Certification in accordance with 21CFR Parts 210/211 and ANSI 455-4. Our facility was audited by UL Registrar LLC using an accredited certification process to determine that our organization is found to be in full conformance with the regulations.
The certification covers the company’s locations at 75 North Industry Court, Deer Park, NY and 91 North Industry Court, Deer Park, NY.
